Last week on the Cher-freaks list, Cher scholar Tom posted the following clip of Karen Carpenter singing "I Love Making Love to You," a song Cher sang with Gregg Allman on the 1977 album Allman and Woman: Two the Hard Way.
The fact that Gregg Allman and Karen Carpenter covered the same song calls for a moment of silence.
